Our position was fully communicated to you during the settlement conference. Your prior email was simply a repetition of the points you made at the conference. It was for that reason that I did not respond. I had earlier stated the same point. I also made it clear that I was not prepared to continue the email dialogue for those reasons.
Mr. Bang has chosen to sue Equifax. Equifax has, in its view, fully responded to him. There is nothing further to discuss. If Mr. Bang believes Equifax has acted incorrectly or contrary to its duty, then he has the right to take the action to trial. Equifax remains confident that it has acted properly.
